Booking conditions

1. The number of persons (including babies) occupying a caravan must not exceed the stated berth and only the applicants (being persons listed on the Reservation form) shall be entitled to occupy the accommodation allocated for their use. Any breach of this condition shall entitle the Company to terminate the booking and to exclude forthwith from the accommodation both the authorized persons together with the applicants themselves.
2. The person who signs the Booking Form is responsible for the booking and warrants that he or she is over 18 years of age and that the party will not exceed the number stated on the Reservation Form.
3. We cater for family holidays and mixed couples only and regret that bookings from all male or all female parties cannot be accepted.
4. Dogs are only accepted on the touring park during low ∓ mid season and are restricted to certain areas of the park. We regret, pets are not permitted in the Holiday Homes.
5. Holiday Homes will be available from 3pm on the stated day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Touring pitches are from 12 noon until 12 noon. Reservations will not be held after 10pm on the day of arrival unless by prior arrangement. Failure to contact the park by 8am of the following day will deem the holiday cancelled and any monies paid retained
6. The occupier is responsible for any loss/damage to the pitch/holiday home and it's equipment. You are required to leave your pitch/accomodation clean ∓ tidy in readiness for the next occupier. Any damage/loss will be charged for. The £25 refundable cleaning/damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of departing, provided there is no loss/damage and all accounts have been settled.
7. The appropriate deposit ∓ insurance must be paid at the time of booking. Should the accomodation/pitch required or a suitable second choice not be available the deposit will be refunded in full. Once a booking has been made and our deposit receipt issued the deposit will not be refunded should you subsequently cancel or fail to comply with condition 6.
8. The balance for Holiday Home hire must be received by us not later than four weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Failure to comply with the condition may result in the loss of the deposit and the cancellation of your booking. A reminder will not be sent. Touring balances are payable on arrival.
9. Once a booking has been made any subsequent alteration in holiday dates, type of accomodationor composition of the party which requires a new invoice must be notified to us in writing and may incur an administrative charge.
10. Cancellations must be notified to us in writing. Refunds cannot be made on an ealy departure and will only be considered for bookings of Holiday Homes if cancellation insurance has been paid for. WE THEREFORE StrONGLY RECOMMEND that you take out our Cancellation insurance (See bottom of this page).
11. The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking application. Accommodation may be terminated at the absolute discretion of the owners particularly in the instance of behaviour detrimental to the interests of other holidaymakers. This also applies to touring pitches.
12. Alcoholic and other beverages purchased elsewhere are not to be consumed in the licensed bar.
13. Vehicles must not exceed the speed limit displayed within the boundry of the Park and must only be driven by holders of a current driving license, having adequate third party insurance. Bucklegrove will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property or persons howsoever caused in these respects.
14. On no account will additional transportable electric or gas heating appliances be allowed within the Holiday Homes.
15. The Company shall not be liable in the event of accommodation or other advertised facilities or amenities being unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control.
16. The VAT Tax Point is the date that monies are received. Vat is included in the tariff at 17.5%. In the event of change in the rate of VAT an adjustment will be made.
17. The information supplied on the Booking Form will be stored on computer for the purposes of future distribution to you of our advertising material and under no circumstances will be passed to a third party. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1984 the signing of the Booking form signifies this.
18. The details in General Information are deemed to be part of the conditions of Booking.
19. You are welcome to register for day guests prior to their arrival and pay the appropriate charges. Failure to comply with this could result in your guests being asked to leave the park.
20. A Children's Activity Programme is provided at a small additional cost per activity. However we would point out that we do not provide childcare facilities and children remain the responsibility of parents/guardians at all times.
21. The swimming pool is unsupervised at all times and children under 15yrs. MUST be supervised by a responsible adult. Failure to comply with this condition and the conditions posted in the swimming pool will result in exclusion from the use of the pool.
22. Neither Bucklegrove or its servants accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by the applicants or thier property during the period they are at the park, except where it arises from the negligence of the park.
